1. The service

01Esim sells prepaid travel eSIMs supplied through third-party mobile networks. The product page describes the included data, destinations and any voice or SMS allowance. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the local network, device and conditions at your location.

No customer account is created. Access to an order is controlled by a secret link and a separate recovery code. You are responsible for keeping both private.

2. Plan limits and activation

Check the plan's data allowance, validity period, activation rule and any installation deadline before buying. Validity does not always begin at purchase or at installation: follow the rule shown for that plan. Unlimited plans can have daily high-speed limits and reduced speeds under the stated fair-use terms.

3. Payments

Prices are shown in USD. The payment processor calculates the crypto amount, network, limits, and fee at invoice time. An overpayment marked paid_over completes the order and the excess is treated as a voluntary tip. A wrong amount is held for manual review.

If the processor marks a payment locked, fulfillment stops. 01Esim does not direct customers into a KYC or source-of-funds flow; we open a refund case where the processor permits it.

4. Delivery and access to your eSIM

After payment is confirmed and the supplier issues the profile, the private order page displays the QR code and manual installation details. Payment confirmation is not a guarantee that issuance has already finished. If you provide an email, use an address you control; delivery to your inbox is not guaranteed. Save your order link and recovery code rather than relying on email alone.

5. Use and compatibility

You must confirm the exact device and regional variant supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. The compatibility tool is informational and does not guarantee a device configuration.

Follow the installation instructions, enable data roaming for the travel eSIM and select it for mobile data. Roaming on this prepaid eSIM does not add a separate roaming charge from 01Esim; your home SIM can have its own charges. Do not delete an installed profile unless instructed, as reinstalling may not be possible. Use the service in accordance with applicable law.

6. Refunds and support

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Every refund request requires manual owner review and explicit approval of the case before funds are sent, including confirmed non-issued items. Technical eligibility is not approval.

This policy is pending counsel review. It does not override applicable statutory rights.
