Privacy policy

1. Your privacy comes first

We do not follow you across websites or build a personal browsing profile. You can buy an eSIM without telling us your name or uploading identity documents. Our website analytics use no visitor IDs, advertising trackers, IP addresses or user-agent strings.

2. Only what your eSIM needs

To deliver and support your purchase, we keep the selected plans, order and payment status, encrypted eSIM installation details and any messages you send to support. An email is included only if you choose to provide one. Payment records can contain transaction references and payment addresses. These records serve your order; they are not a visitor profile.

We use these records to price and process purchases, reconcile payments, issue and support eSIMs, show usage and expiry, and handle support or refund cases. We do not require a customer account or a passport upload to place an order.

3. Optional email and installation data

Email is your choice. If you add an address, Resend delivers order updates and installation emails with QR codes and manual activation details. We do not track email opens or link clicks. These messages pass through your mail provider, so keep access to your inbox private. Prefer not to share an email? Your eSIM is available on your private order page.

4. Payments and service partners

Crypto payments go through Heleket. It may retain transaction and technical information under its own privacy policy; we receive the payment records needed to confirm and support your order. eSIM Access and mobile networks handle eSIM provisioning and connectivity, while Resend sends email only if you provide an address. We share the data needed to deliver these services. Public blockchain records are outside our deletion schedule.

5. Service statistics without visitor profiles

We use aggregate first-party counts such as destination views and checkout completions. We do not use visitor IDs, advertising trackers, IP addresses, or user-agent strings for analytics.

Delivering and protecting the website requires infrastructure providers to process technical connection information, which can include an IP address. This is separate from our aggregate analytics. Browser preferences and checkout storage are described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

Operational logs are kept for 7 days and raw webhooks for 30 days. Our retention policy schedules removal of order, profile, optional email and related support data 14 days after confirmed plan expiry. For orders with no issued eSIM, the period is 14 days after order creation; linked orders use the newest order creation date. An unknown expiry for an issued eSIM or an unresolved payment, delivery, refund or support operation can delay removal. Audit and refund records are kept for 365 days. Aggregate metrics contain no visitor identity and may be retained indefinitely.

7. Security and contact

Activation data is encrypted and QR codes are generated on request rather than stored as public files. Contact support@01esim.com with privacy questions and include only the public order ID, never a secret link or recovery code.

8. Privacy requests

You can contact support@01esim.com to ask what data we hold about your order, request a correction or ask for deletion. We may need to verify your access to the order and explain any unresolved operation or recordkeeping requirement that prevents immediate deletion. Do not include a private order link, recovery code or eSIM activation data in your initial message.

9. Policy status

This policy is pending counsel review. It does not override applicable statutory rights.
