Cookie policy

We use browser storage to remember your choices and keep checkout working. This page explains what is stored, why it is needed and how you can clear it.
1. Cookies and browser storage
Cookies can be sent with requests to the site that set them. Local storage stays in your browser until removed; session storage is generally limited to a tab's session, although browser restore features can preserve it. These are different tools, and neither makes information automatically anonymous.
2. Your language preference
When you choose a language, the 01esim-language cookie remembers it for up to one year. It stores a language code, not a visitor identifier. You can change it with the language menu or delete it in your browser; language-specific page URLs still work without this cookie.
3. Theme and shopping cart
Local storage uses 01esim-theme for your appearance preference and 01esim-cart for product references and quantities. These entries have no fixed expiry and remain until changed or cleared. Cart contents are sent to our services when needed to check availability, calculate a quote or create an order; they do not stay exclusively on your device.
4. Checkout and order access
Session storage keeps in-progress checkout and top-up attempts, optional email entered for an attempt, and temporary order access information. It helps resume an interrupted step without starting another purchase. Completed or discarded attempts are cleared by the flow. Save your private order link and recovery code before clearing site data or closing the tab.
5. Analytics and other services
01Esim does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Our first-party funnel counts do not assign visitor IDs. The installed site's offline cache stores public app icons, not order pages, payment responses or eSIM QR codes. When you leave for Heleket or another service, that service's own cookies and privacy rules can apply.
6. Managing stored data
Use your browser's site-data settings to inspect or delete cookies, local storage, session storage and cached files for 01Esim. Blocking storage may prevent saved preferences or checkout recovery from working. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side order records; contact support@01esim.com for a privacy request.
