Usage and top-ups
Read dated usage snapshots and check the top-up options available for an individual eSIM profile.
Check the correct profile
Open your private order and choose Check usage beside the profile you are using. Match the profile to its purchased plan and read the last checked time. These are provider snapshots, not a guarantee of real-time usage.
Review eligible top-ups
Use the top-up control for that profile to load its current eligible options. Availability and data or validity effects depend on the returned option; not every plan supports top-ups, and an expired profile is not automatically eligible.
Review the option and price before purchasing. After payment, check the top-up order for confirmation. If the result is uncertain, keep that order and contact support instead of repeatedly buying the same top-up.
