Separate Pixel and Galaxy setup paths for adding your purchased eSIM with QR or manual details.
Before installation
Check your exact device variant and carrier-unlock status, and connect to reliable Wi-Fi. Read the activation rule for your purchased plan before installing: installation starts the validity clock for some plans. Keep your private order link, QR and manual activation details to yourself.
Google Pixel
- In Settings, open Network & internet, then SIMs.
- Choose Add SIM, then Set up an eSIM. Follow the displayed instructions and scan your private order's QR when requested.
Samsung Galaxy
- In Settings, open Connections, then SIM manager.
- Choose Add eSIM, then Scan QR code. Scan the QR for the correct profile.
- For manual setup, choose Enter activation code from the QR screen. Use the activation information supplied for that profile, following the field labels on your device.
Other Android devices
Menus and availability vary by manufacturer, software, region and carrier. Use the manufacturer's instructions for your exact variant. Select the travel eSIM for mobile data and follow its roaming instructions when ready to connect. Keep a working profile installed while troubleshooting.
