Install and activate your eSIM.

The exact labels differ by phone. Keep your QR on a second screen or use the manual activation data shown on the private order page.

Before installation

Confirm the phone supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, and has a stable internet connection. Install before departure when possible, but do not switch the travel line on until you need it.

Scan the QR

1. Open mobile or cellular settings.
2. Choose Add eSIM, Add mobile plan, or Download a SIM.
3. Scan the QR and label the new line “Travel”.
4. At your destination, turn on the travel line and data roaming.

If the QR was already used

An activation QR generally installs once. Do not delete a working profile. Open a support ticket from the order page before resetting or moving it.
